Welsh Rural Resource - CefnGwlad.org
The CefnGwlad.org website is a rural resource site which contains a discussion forum, a gallery (a database of groups, organisations and individuals active in rural communities with an opportunity for them to have a free web presence), and a place to advertise rural jobs. The website also functions as a signposting facility and, within the various topics, are external links to relevant organisations. Material available in Welsh and English.
DorfWiki (English version)
DorfWiki is the German name for VillageWiki, and it is a virtual gathering place for an online community that cares about villages. They believe a wiki is a wonderful tool to develop content together that is valuable and useful, at the same time combining this with individual investigations and developments of more experimental and particular character. The pages are primarily in German, but there is also a substantial English section.
